We help our clients connect with one of our clinicians who can meet their needs and is available online or in-person. A modern approach
It is essential for us that our clients get individualized, personalized care that meets he/she/them where they are academically, behaviorally, emotionally, mentally. Rather than do things the typical way, we’ve created a system designed around our client’s individual needs.
Our rates
We do not currently accept insurance or Medical Assistance. We can however provide a Super Bill as well as guidance on how to submit for our services to your Insurance and/or Medical Assistance. We are also able to set up monthly payment plans as you and your family need.
Behavioral Consultations : $90.00/session which is usually an up to 1.5 -3 hour session with an experienced Licensed Behavior Consultant (LBS) and/or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and includes phone consults and/or any visual aides required to help make progress toward the agreed upon treatment plan goal(s): Please contact us to discuss our rates so you can be sure to know and understand what our rates include to help you and your child make success with your agreed upon treatment goals.
Coaching/Advocacy: $50 per consult with an experienced clinician for Sessions that can be completed via ZOOM/Other for initial and ongoing consult and $80.00 per IEP consult/session - Please contact us to inquire more about these fees.
Telehealth/In person Therapy Individual/Couple Sessions: $80 per hour with an Experienced Clinician. Our services DO NOT currently include any services with an Intern or other working on their degree. We only have experienced clinicians on staff.
Telehealth Group Sessions: $25.00 per 30 minute session. Please contact us to understand how the Groups work and how valuable they can be for yourself an/or your child.
Team Building/Seminars/Trainings: Varies: Please contact us to discuss the details of your Team Building and/or Seminar and/or Trainings as this fee depends on what you are looking to do in terms of One Day or over a Weekend.
